Q3. Are small batch, artisan grade coffees from FIVE STAR expensive?

A3.  Our coffees average about forty cents per eight ounce cup.  By comparison, a glass of wine from a twelve dollar bottle averages $3.00.  Due to ever increasing demand and more precise grading practices, specialty grade coffee beans have increased in price.  Despite the higher prices, the best beans are in highest demand on a worldwide basis.
